What Defines Being a Chef?

Chef Will dedicated his short life to his love of cooking for others with professionalism, a zest for life with the love of his wife Catie. He worked hard at solving the elusive chefs life puzzle. The discipline to create a balanced life without compromising ones honor, integrity or passion for his culinary craft. A difficult task that many will never master.

He did not just "talk-the-talk", he "walked-the-walk" every day with his mentee's, culinary colleagues, family and friends. Chef Will made his mentors proud of the time, effort, and care they invested in him.
This video re-affirms our foundations mission to serving the next generation of talented young culinarians, and gives voice to Chef Will's vision. We will pay it forward in Chef Will's good name.
