Fall 2025 Students Learn New Skills

Our Fall 2025 students are finishing the semester with a host of new skills. They have learned Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. They have been introduced to PowerPoint and will create their end of semester slideshow to present to their class. They have updated resumes and are ready for job interviews. Each student has written her S.M.A.R.T. goals, kind words about her classmates and her CWJC story. The 13 daytime students and 5 evening students are not the same women when they walked into CWJC on the first day of class back in August. In addition to learning job skills, they know that God loves them and created them for a purpose. They have been transformed by the power of God! What a blessing to them, their families and community!

Memories to Last a Lifetime

Pictured above are just a few peeks into what happens at CWJC every day. Left, the daytime students learn to look at life and relationships with a different perspective. Center, the evening students show off their boutique outfits. Right, Corey Lark, boutique volunteer, shares with the class how to accessorize. Many photos are taken each semester and the students will enjoy them for years to come.

20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner

Over 200 graduates, volunteers, board members, donors and community leaders attended CWJC's 20th Anniversary Celebration Dinner on October 25 at First Baptist Arlington. Guests enjoyed hearing the history of CWJC of Greater Arlington from Ross O'Brien representing his mother Dellana O'Brien who was one of the original founders of CWJC in the 1990's.

Left are former Arlington Mayor Jeff Williams and current Executive Director Brandi Dalton.
