Preparing for the Tour

We've just added another poster for your use; The Tour Sponsor poster. Click here to download and print the poster to display at your location. Our sponsors really appreciate the recognition.

Please note a few artists, schools and galleries have not picked up their Tour packets. It is VERY important to have it. You will receive a note if you are one of this group. We will bring the packets with us to Taste of the Tour for pick, but generally they are at the Tour office, 100 El Dorado Street in Auburn between 10 am and 3 pm weekdays.

Please review the contents of your Tour packet, picked up at the potluck or delivered to you by a friend. This craft-colored envelope contains important information.
MOST important is the bright green poster with a QR code and RFC chip. Please display it predominantly and encourage your visitors to check in at your location by scanning or tapping the chip. Please note that your poster is unique for your location. Do not copy a different location poster and use it.
You may use a physical sign in sheet if preferred. Please be prepared to send a typed electronic version of the entries to us after your tour dates.

If you think you will need more Tour postcards or guides, please pick them up at the Tour office ahead of time. You may request them here. The office will not be staffed during the Tour.

Blue Line Taste of the Tour VIP Reception

Bring your Nametag and your Art Patrons

You are invited to the VIP Reception October 24, 4:30-5 pm. The public reception begins at 5 and closes at 7 pm

You have received 3 VIP invitations for your clients! VIP passes allow entry at 4:30 pm the day of the reception and this is a great time to mingle with the VIPs. Entry is 5 pm for the public.

In addition to artwork from nearly all of the Taste of the Tour participating Artists, Schools and Galleries the reception will feature;

A Drawing for $50 in Artbucks (must be registered for the Tour to be eligible)
Grab Bag -- these wrapped, small and fun works of art are $20 each. Each one is a surprise!
Artists are on hand to talk about their work
Music provided by the Auburn Symphony
Deep Truth collaborative public art project unveiling
Delicious beverage and food bites
