We hope you enjoyed our recent and very fun events, Symphony & Art in the Park and our New Artist Showcase. These events are created to support Tour artists, galleries and schools and offer them more public exposure for their art and a time to create relationships with potential art collectors and each other.

Do you have a favorite restaurant, brewpub, winery, or wine-tasting spot in Placer County?

Invite them to become a Dine and Drink Sponsor for the Placer Artists Tour weekends! Sponsors will be featured on Bidcrest, the Tour’s web app, helping Tour visitors (especially out-of-town visitors) discover great places to eat, drink, and relax while exploring the Tour.

Invite your Clients to Taste of the Tour October 24

Please mark your calendar to hand deliver your work to Blue Line Arts on Sunday, October 11th and Monday the 12th from 10am to 3pm.

Pick up any unsold work from Blue Line Arts is Monday, November 16th from 10am to 3pm

Show dates: October 17th to November 15th, 2026

Plan to attend the Reception on Saturday, October 24th from 4:30 -7pm. You have received 3 VIP invitations for your clients! VIP passes allow entry at 4:30 pm the day of the reception and this is a great time to mingle with the VIPs. Entry is 5 pm for those without a VIP pass.

The Taste of the Tour Show is administered by Blue Line Arts.

Let your collectors know!

Three drawings will be held for $50 Art Bucks, to be used toward the purchase of artwork from participating Tour artists through December 31, 2027.

Tour-ists who register for the Tour will be included in the next drawings. The earlier they register, the more opportunities

they have to win! If you receive Artbucks as payment for your artwork, they are redeemed for cash (check) by the Tour office.

Hello ARTISTS!

Due to popular demand the Mini Works of Art Grab Bag is back! If you are not familiar with the Grab Bags, it is a fun fundraiser for The Placer Artists Tour. Once again we will be selling the Grab Bags at Taste of the Tour Reception. The event is on October 24th at Blue Line Arts. I will pack up all the grab bag items a week or so before that so Deadline to get them to me is October 15th (Give or take.) The approximate value should be at least $20 per item.

I will wrap the items in tissue paper. (Do you have any fun tissue to donate?) I will use a variety of little gift bags if you have any of these to donate.

Any mini-art is wonderful for the Grab-Bag Fundraiser! Jewelry, mini-paintings, small ceramic or glass items, small framed photos….whatever your medium is, just small enough to fit in a gift bag!

What we don't sell at this event we will take to our next event, until they are all sold! Don't forget to include your business card and/or a business card from any gallery you are associated with!

You can drop your donations to High Hand Gallery in Loomis or Placer Artists Tour Office at 100 El Dorado, Suite 2 in Auburn. Be sure you label it to me “TRISA SWERDLOW - GRAB BAG”. Let me know if you do this so I can pick them up. You can also bring it to my house in Rocklin, or I can pick it up someplace. Let me know what works!
