Symphony and Art in the Park on Saturday September 19

Pack your blankets, gather your friends, and bring a picnic for an unforgettable evening of live music, local art, and community under the stars!

Placer Artists Tour winners of the Symphony program cover art will be announced on stage during this event. In addition, Tour artists will host a pop-up show with artwork for sale.

Enjoy the art exhibits throughout the evening, grab a bite from the Old Town Pizza booth, and experience performances by talented local musicians led by Conductor Ryan Murray.

Join us at the Placer Artists Tour New Artist Showcase, from 5-7 pm on Thursday, September 24 for artist demos, snacks, beverages and fun!

Those who attended have picked up their signage and packets, including copies of the printed Guide, green location QR code posters (to be displayed during the Tour) along with a supply of "Tour-ist" sticker badges. Please note a few packets were missing the three Taste of the Tour VIP invites. If this was the case for you please contact Rebecca, we have printed more and they are available.

If you were unable to attend and did not arrange for someone else to pick your supplies up, please plan on visiting the Tour office. Supplies are in the Tour's foyer and can typically be accessed Monday-Friday from 10-3. The Tour office is located at 100 El Dorado Street, Suite B in Auburn.

Prepare for the Reception on October 24

Please mark your calendar to hand deliver your work to Blue Line Arts on Sunday, October 11th and Monday the 12th from 10am to 3pm.

Pick up any unsold work from Blue Line Arts is Monday, November 16th from 10am to 3pm

Show dates: October 17th to November 15th, 2026

Plan to attend the Reception on Saturday, October 24th from 4:30 -7pm. You have received 3 VIP invitations for your clients! VIP passes allow entry at 4:30 pm the day of the reception and this is a great time to mingle with the VIPs. Entry is 5 pm for those without a VIP pass.

The Taste of the Tour Show is administered by Blue Line Arts.

Let your collectors know!

Three drawings will be held for $50 Art Bucks, to be used toward the purchase of artwork from participating Tour artists through December 31, 2027.

Tour-ists who register for the Tour will be included in the next drawings. The earlier they register, the more opportunities

they have to win! If you receive Artbucks as payment for your artwork, they are redeemed for cash (check) by the Tour office.

Do you have a favorite restaurant, brewpub, winery, or wine-tasting spot?

Invite them to become a Dine and Drink Sponsor for the Placer Artists Tour weekends! Sponsors will be featured on Bidcrest, the Tour’s web app, helping Tour visitors discover great places to eat, drink, and relax while exploring the Tour.

We have a Dine and Drink Sponsor sign-up form available if you’d like to approach your favorite establishment.

Forms are also available for pickup at the Tour office, weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will be located just outside our inner door.

Due to popular demand the Mini Works of Art Grab Bag is back! If you are not familiar with the Grab Bags, it is a fun fundraiser for The Placer Artists Tour. Once again we will be selling the Grab Bags at Taste of the Tour Reception. The event is on October 24th at Blue Line Arts. I will pack up all the grab bag items a week or so before that so Deadline to get them to me is October 15th (Give or take.) The approximate value should be at least $20 per item.

You can leave your donations at High Hand Gallery OR the Placer Artists Tour Office at 100 El Dorado, Suite 2 in Auburn. Be sure you label it to me and let me know if you do this so I can pick them up. You can also bring it to my house in Rocklin, or I can pick it up someplace. Let me know what works!
