MOST OF US HAVE EXPERIENCED THE MAGIC OF BOOKS.

For many of our kids, passing on the love of reading has simply not happened due to their abuse & neglect.  PLUS! The experience of escaping & going on an adventure would be nothing but magic to our kids too!

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO ATTENDED OR VOLUNTEERED TO CREATE MAGIC AT OUR 7TH ANNUAL STORYBOOK VILLAGE

STUDENTS SPEAK UP FOR KIDS

Textured Hair Event

During the event, the children & their families attended a Hair Care Hygiene workshop and were even able to have their hair washed & styled by professional textured hair care stylists. At the end of the event, the attendees got to take home brand NEW, FREE textured hair care products as well! It was an absolutely wonderful event - round of applause for Sofia for her meticulous planning 👏👏

Parents Speak Up for Kids Updates

We relaunched the Healing Hearts Podcast in February and are off to a great start. Preliminary analytics show we have reached a download milestone of 500! As this student-led initiative continues, we are encouraged by the guests' quality, expertise, and resources they share with our listeners. In addition to our full episode, we have included short "Heart to Heart" episodes, which are quick listens that share tools and tips to be implemented daily to enhance parent-child relationships by fostering understanding and empathy.

A HUGE shout out to Sophia Mills, our student-leader, who has managed this process with excellence while managing a full course-load at Harvard University!

Music Buddies Making Waves

Music Buddies Student Coordinator, Noah Kriegstein from Dreyfoos High School, showcased his musical talents at the Atlantic Avenue Yacht Club to raise funds for the Music Buddies program. His captivating performance on the keyboard and vocals not only entertained the audience but also shared the impact of our Music Buddies program that offers free music lessons to foster and adoptive children in our community. Despite the rainy weather that day, Noah's effort was a resounding success! He collected donations and raised $300 to support the program. His dedication and skill made a significant impact, demonstrating the power of music to bring communities together and make a positive difference in the lives of the foster children in Palm Beach County.

Kids Serving KIDS

Many of our chapters, such as Benjamin School (pictured) & West Boca (pictured), created sweet Valentine's Day treats for kids in foster care💖💖
