Good morning, Dear Jane!

I'm excited to share our vision to significantly elevate our children’s education!

With your help, we'll build a 4800 sq ft AFTERSCHOOL ACADEMY on our Chongwe Family Homes property!

HERE'S WHY

Zambia's education system is overburdened.

• Students can only attend government school for 2-3 hours per day.
• Classrooms have 75-100 students per teacher, resulting in a lack of individual attention.
• Younger grades are no longer learning in English, the language used in the national exams.

In short, Zambia's education crisis is hampering our children's capacity to flourish. But together, we can reverse this trajectory!

Imagine a bright, welcoming classroom filled with dedicated teachers right here on the property in Chongwe. With your generous gift, this dream becomes a reality for our children. Committed instructors will provide the individualized attention and support each student craves, fostering meaningful academic growth and a renewed love of learning.

But the benefits go beyond academics! These versatile rooms will also be available for discipleship, Bible studies, trauma counseling, and other essential training. This holistic approach will provide a safe haven where our children can excel in school, grow in their faith, and develop the tools they need to heal and thrive.

The total cost of the building, furnishings, and a year of staffing is $195,000. With $60,000 already raised, we need just $135,000 to begin construction and start interviewing teachers.

With your faithful support, the Afterchool Academy will be open and staffed before the next school year!

Thank you for your continued love and support of Every Orphan's Hope. We are excited about all God is doing in 2024 in the lives of orphaned children in Zambia.

Gratefully in partnership with you,

Gary Schneider
