• followed by a savory appetizer of Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Brown Butter, Thyme & Paremsan, that leads to a robust entree and sides of Roasted Rack of Lamb with Butternut Squash Hash, Charred Broccolini and Red-Wine Lamb Jus, and finishes (if you still have room) with a rustic and comforting dessert of Cast-Iron Caramelized Apples with Yellow Cornmeal Cake & Buttermilk Ice Cream!

The Bettie Brand Fund gives stipends to “provide women in need with a hand up,

so they may live with dignity and independence.”

Women chosen to receive stipends from the Bettie Brand Fund

 must agree to “pay it forward” in whatever way they can.
