Dear TIM Community,
With this email, I am excited to launch TIM's bi-monthly newsletter and share all the work we have been doing since the start of this year- we hosted a NextGen virtual conference, are speaking at numerous events, and work with Harvard's Belfer Center on Information Quality standards is pushing forward!
I wanted to take a moment to draw your attention to the TIM logo at the top of this email. Almost a year ago, TIM was formed as Truth in Media Cooperative, and then during fall of 2023 after receiving feedback from our community we rebranded TIM to Trust in Media with the tag line "Forum for Information Quality."
TIM continues to work closely with stakeholders and experts from across all industries to develop and share how to operationalize and measure Information Quality. We're testing the standards and measurement our working group at Harvard has worked on since last fall. Read on to learn about our recent activity in Austin, TX and the new National Center for Narrative Intelligence (NCNI) at University of Mississippi.
